On behalf of the Panhellenic Council at the University of Florida, thank you for expressing interest in our greek community. Entering college in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Panhellenic community was my first experience at the University of Florida, and I am so thankful that I decided to enter its recruitment process. Joining this community has allowed me to represent an empowering body of collegiate women, and I could not be more grateful for everything that it has given me the opportunity to see and do. Since the beginning of my Panhellenic experience, this council has not only embraced me with open arms, but encouraged me to find strength and leadership within myself and how I could best serve our council and campus. I had no idea, at the time, what my Panhellenic experience would provide for me, but can wholeheartedly say today that it has made me a better leader, woman, sister, and friend.

Panhellenic sisterhood is defined by our commitment to leadership, diversity, scholastic achievement and service - all of which have made this council a staple of the Gator Nation. Since 1948, the Panhellenic Council has been dedicated to its vision of “promoting women in leadership, diversity, scholastic achievement and service through relationships within and beyond our Panhellenic community.” Joining one of the eighteen chapters here is an experience that will last beyond your collegiate years and is meant to last a lifetime. I encourage you to utilize our resources on this website surrounding our council, chapters, women, and values, to learn more about the full spectrum of Panhellenic womanhood.

With all my love,

Jordan S.
