As an out of state student, I felt lost when coming to the University of Florida. I knew absolutely nobody and had no clue where to start when it came to making friends. I longed for forever friendships and a home away from home. When I joined Delta Phi Epsilon, I was looking forward to more than just wearing the Delta Phi Epsilon letters. I looked forward to finding my people, the ones that make me laugh until I cry and the ones who are also my shoulder to cry on. As a senior in her final semester, I can confidently say that's exactly what I found at Delta Phi Epsilon. I will continue to cherish these friendships, even post grad.
