WHAT TO WEAR

Here's some fashion inspiration for Recruitment, but remember the most important thing is to wear what you feel comfortable and confident in! Feel free to check out our Pinterest for more ideas!

Example dresses for the Philanthropy Round. Two flowy dresses, one floral one orange, with sandals.

Round 2:

PHILANTHROPY

Round 2 is the least formal round. Wear a dressy-casual outfit you feel most comfortable and confident in! This can include but is not limited to sundresses, skirt/short sets, trousers, and rompers. Shoes such as flats, sandals, dress sneakers, or loafers are also recommended. Helpful hint: you’ll be doing a lot of walking, so wear comfortable shoes!

Example dresses for the Sisterhood Round. Two satin dresses, one pink one yellow, with short heels.

Round 3

SISTERHOOD

Round 3 is when recruitment gets more formal! Wear a semi-formal outfit, which can include but is not limited to dressy-casual or semi-formal dresses, trousers, jumpsuits, or dressy rompers. Shoes such as loafers, wedges, dressy sandals, or comfortable heels are recommended.

Example dresses for the Preferentials Round. Two nice dresses, one golden one navy, with heels.

Final Round

PREFERENTIALS

Preferentials is the most formal round. Any formalwear you feel most comfortable in is encouraged! This can include a formal/cocktail dress, suit, trousers and dress shirt, or jumpsuit. Formal shoes such as heels, loafers, or dress shoes are also recommended. Helpful hint: if you decide to wear heels, bring a pair of comfortable shoes to change into as you walk between parties!

Example dresses for the Bid Day. Two casual dresses, one pink one white, with sandals and sneakers.

BID DAY

For Bid Day, comfort is key since you will be running home. We recommend wearing flats, sandals or sneakers. White is typically worn, but wear whatever you feel the best in! Many houses provide t-shirts or jerseys to new members.
