ROUND BREAKDOWN
Fall Formal Recruitment includes four total rounds: Round 1 (Values), Round 2 (Philanthropy), Round 3 (Sisterhood), and Preferential Round.
Round 1:
VALUES
Round 1 is a virtual open house round before Orientation begins. Potential New Members will be provided with chapter videos that introduce each of the 18 Panhellenic chapters on campus. Watching all 18 videos is mandatory to continue through the Recruitment process. PNMs will submit their preferences in-person after viewing all the videos.
Round 2:
PHILANTHROPY
Round 2 commences the beginning of in-person events. PNMs can receive an invite to a maximum of 13 chapters during Round 2 and will have the opportunity to interact with chapter women in 1-on-1 conversations about philanthropy and finances. PNMs will submit their preferences at the conclusion of the round.
Round 3:
SISTERHOOD
Round 3 will proceed in-person. PNMs can receive an invite to a maximum of 8 chapters this round. PNMs will be able to continue interacting with chapter women in 1-on-1 conversations about values and sisterhood. PNMs will submit their preferences at the conclusion of the round.
Final Round:
PREFERENTIALS
Preferential round marks the last day of Recruitment events. PNMs can receive an invite to a maximum of 2 chapters during Preferentials. During the 1-on-1 conversations this round, the chapter woman may share with a PNM why she chose her chapter and what the sisterhood means to her. PNMs will sign the MRABA and submit their preferences at the end of the round.
BID DAY
Everyone's favorite day of the year! PNMs who receive a bid will meet in the O'Connell Center to open their bids and run home to their new chapter!
