#thisishome because Delta Gamma is a place where we feel free to be our most authentic selves. It provides us with the greatest support, inspiration, and unconditional love. Each woman of Delta Gamma brings her own unique personality to make this house a home.

Hi, everyone!

My name is Morgan Aumick, and I am the current president of Delta Gamma at the University of Florida. I am so honored to serve as Delta Gamma’s president, as I want to give back everything that my chapter and the Panhellenic community have given to me. Ever since I joined Delta Gamma in the fall of 2016, I have been surrounded with motivated, independent, and supportive women who have given me the courage to be my true self and to always “do good”.

Our members are not only hardworking in the classroom, but are leaders on campus and in our community. We are incredibly proud to have leaders in organizations such as Dance Marathon, Cicerones, Panhellenic Directors Board, Florida Blue Key Speech and Debate Tournament, Gator Growl, and countless others as well. They lead by example, but also help one another to put ourselves out there and take the next step to achieving that higher goal. As Delta Gammas, we promise each other that we will be “a champion in their absence and a friend always.” This is our core value and key purpose as a fraternity.

As we eagerly wait for the completion of our new chapter home in May of 2019, we are getting prepared (and excited) to welcome the women going through recruitment this fall through our doors. Recruitment is an exciting time, full of new opportunities and experiences. I cannot imagine my last three years at the University of Florida without this group of caring, passionate, and driven women standing by my side. My hope is that every woman who attends UF, and who goes through Panhellenic recruitment, is able to find the same type of family that we have here in Delta Gamma.
