The community of individuals in this sector of the University of Florida are driven by the steadfast love and support found in chapter settings and across councils. Familiar faces and unwavering support become a forefront priority to the Greek community. These people will be your biggest advocates during your time as an undergraduate, and your paths will continue to be interwoven throughout the rest of your walk of life. ​​
The women found in the Florida Panhellenic community collectively demonstrate the scholarship, service and leadership for which the council stands for. Being part of Panhellenic means you will be academically challenged and professionally guided towards a life full of opportunity and empowerment. You will serve the community for which you are part of, and you will be energized by the lasting philanthropic impact of the Panhellenic community.

A Letter from the Membership Vice President
Dear Potential New Member,
I am so excited that you have found yourself reading this letter and feeling curious about the Panhellenic community that I hold so dearly in my heart. My name is Ava, and I am the Membership Vice President for the University of Florida Panhellenic Council. On behalf of our 18 Panhellenic sororities, I invite you to consider joining our community that is rooted in belonging, friendship, and personal growth. The best truly is yet to come. As you begin this journey, I encourage you to look around and find role models—women who inspire you and reflect who you hope to become when you graduate and far beyond. The people you surround yourself with shape who you become, and Panhellenic is full of strong, empowered women who lift each other up.
Panhellenic is not just another organization you join on campus—it is a lifelong commitment to values, connection, and sisterhood. Before and during recruitment, I encourage you to take time for self reflection. Think about your values, your dreams, and the woman that you want to be. Throughout recruitment, I encourage you to treat every conversation as if you’re simply meeting a new friend. Everyone’s PNM experience looks a little different, and that’s what makes this process so special.
