#THISISHOME because of the values that bring us together. Home is where we continuously instill confidence in one another and lift all women up to a place of strength, support, and growth. Where laughs are shared, friendships are made and lifelong memories are created.

Hi, there!

My name is Andie Alderman, and I have the honor of serving as the President of the Beta Pi chapter of Kappa Delta. It is truly my privilege to lead these 250+ women who are constantly encouraging and supporting each other in everything they do.

A little bit about me is that I am currently a third-year student pursuing a combined degree through the Master of Science in Finance program. This summer, I will be interning with an investment bank in New York! I am so lucky to be surrounded by the entire Panhellenic community who value friendship, leadership, and scholarship. Without this amazing group of women, I can confidently say I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Each chapter on our campus is full of women who are passionate about their futures and you will see this throughout the entire recruitment process. Throughout my time in Kappa Delta, I have seen the amazing accomplishments the women of my chapter have achieved in our community and on our campus. Their drive and passion continually inspire me to be a better friend, student, and leader.

From the moment I walked into Kappa Delta for the first time, I have felt nothing but love, support, and acceptance. Kappa Delta has been my home for the past 3 years and this chapter continues to challenge me to succeed. Being surrounded by 250+ unique women is a special experience to be a part of and something I will forever be grateful for.

While the University of Florida is a huge institution, the Panhellenic community and Kappa Delta have become my home away from home. Being a Kappa Delta is one of my greatest honors and being able to lead this chapter for the next year will be the most rewarding experience of my collegiate career.
