Pi Beta Phi at the University of Florida is built on genuine connection, leadership, and a shared commitment to giving back. Our motto, “Friends and Leaders for Life,” comes to life through the ways we show up for both our campus and community. Our members are actively involved in organizations like Dance Marathon, Student Government, Florida Blue Key, and a wide range of academic and professional clubs, bringing leadership and passion into everything we do. Through our national philanthropy, Read > Lead > Achieve, we are especially proud to work with students at Carolyn Beatrice Parker Elementary School, where we foster a love of reading and meaningful connections within the Gainesville community. Combined with our strong commitment to academic excellence, these experiences create a supportive, driven, and uplifting chapter culture that encourages every member to grow.

Being #AllInAlways at Pi Beta Phi shows up in the everyday moments that make our chapter feel like home. It’s the late nights in the study room, afternoons tanning on the sun deck, and showing up for our philanthropy with intention and heart. It’s also in the way we show up for each other without thinking twice, in both the big and small moments. One of the most special parts of Pi Phi is our Pi Phi families, creating lifelong friendships and support systems that feel constant no matter where you are in college. In Pi Phi, you’re never alone in the little moments of everyday life. There’s always a friend ready to cheer you on, celebrate you, or sit beside you after a long day. Our chapter is a place where you’re encouraged to go after what matters to you, while knowing there’s a group of women right beside you doing the same with full effort and full support. At Pi Phi, we are all in for each other, always.
